FAQ

How do I install HIDECAM ?

Installation is quick and effortless:

Please note: DO NOT peel off the small sticker on top of the
HIDECAM before installation!

Gently clean any dust from your screen.
Peel off the large protective backing from the reverse side.
Align the transparent circle on the Hidecam Glass with your
device’s front camera, then apply it.
Press and hold firmly for at least 2 minutes, ensuring you push
out any trapped air between the Hidecam and screen.
Once the Hidecam is properly applied, to the front camera,
gently remove the small top sticker. Ready to use!

If you need to remove Hidecam: do not use sharp objects or your
nails! Use a piece of stiff paper or a plastic card instead.

How do I use HIDECAM ?

HIDECAM Mini and HIDECAM Glass are easy to use.
Simply slide the blocker left or right to open or close your camera.
Effortless privacy, whenever you need it.

How to remove HIDECAM?

What is the size of HIDECAM?

HIDECAM Mini measures under 17 mm in width and 9 mm in
height, with an ultra-thin profile of just 0.45 mm.

HIDECAM Glass is carefully engineered to match the dimensions of
smartphone displays, ensuring a perfect fit and display protection, and
to meet the specific technical needs of each device. For example, total
thickness of iPhone protective glass is typically around 0.6 mm thick,
offering premium durability, while Samsung devices use a specialized,
thinner glass—approximately 0.4 mm—to ensure seamless
functionality with in-display fingerprint sensors.

Can I create a custom design for the HIDECAM cover?

Yes! Custom designs and logo printing are available for bulk orders.

Can I return HIDECAM products?

If your Hidecam arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Please contact support@hideyourcam.com within 10 days of delivery.
Replacements apply to damaged items only.
