Shipping policy

We carefully select delivery services to ensure your order is handled according to best practices and delivered safely to the address provided at checkout. Every HideCam product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist you.

 

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

 

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
HideCam is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, HideCam is not liable for shipping delays caused by the courier, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

 

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Important for EU/Worldwide)

HideCam ships orders using delivery methods designed to avoid unexpected import charges for customers whenever possible.

In most cases, customers will not be required to pay additional duties or taxes upon delivery.

However, customs authorities may occasionally apply inspections or delays that are outside our control. HideCam is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
