REFUND POLICY
This policy applies to all orders placed on HIDECAM.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Customers may inspect the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Handling beyond what is necessary for inspection may result in a loss of value and cancellation of the withdrawal right.
Product Condition & Protective Film
The product is delivered with a protective assembly sticker/film that keeps the unit clean and maintains the integrity of the glass component during transport.
If the product is unpacked and the protective sticker/film is removed, the item is considered used and no longer in original condition.
Because the product cannot be returned to saleable condition after removal of the protective film, the right of withdrawal no longer applies except in cases of defect.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence.
After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
Returns (If Approved)
If a return is approved, the item must:
- be unused
- have protective film intact
- include original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued in the following situations:
- Protective film/sticker removed
- Product unpacked and used
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Delivery delays caused by courier or customs
- Damage after delivery
- Misuse of the product
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, please first contact your payment provider.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
This policy applies to all orders placed on HIDECAM.
This policy operates alongside our Refund Policy and does not limit statutory consumer rights applicable in the customer’s country.
Return Request
To request a return or replacement, contact our support team and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photo or video evidence

For shipping damage or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
This does not affect statutory warranty rights for defective products.
Replacement Eligibility
We offer a replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong item
After verification, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
Product Condition & Inspection
Customers may inspect the product as they would in a physical store to determine its nature and functionality.
The product includes a protective film/sticker that keeps the unit clean and secures the glass component during transport.
Removing this protective film/sticker constitutes handling beyond necessary inspection and the product is considered used.
Items with the protective film removed cannot be returned unless defective.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved, the item must:
- Be unused
- Include original packaging
- Have the protective film/sticker intact
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we cover return shipping costs.
For non-defective returns under the withdrawal right, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, replacements are processed within 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Cases
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products with protective film removed
- Used items
- Damage caused after delivery
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
Legal Guarantee
This policy does not affect mandatory legal guarantees for defective goods where applicable by law.
